Heritage Open Days - Cleveleys Cottage Walk

1906 Cleveleys Cottage Exhibition Walk

A walking tour visiting the site of the 'Cleveleys Cottage Exhibition', held in 1906. It was the blueprint for the future of garden cities in the UK.

A guided walk around the houses built for the "Cleveleys Cottage Exhibition of 1906", that was a very early example of an Ideal Home Exhibition, including examples from Lutyens, as well as many very progressive and renowned architects and builders. All 42 of the buildings survive and all participants will receive a replica map of the site to enable them to follow the tour.
